Resilient Homes PEI
Climate change is already affecting our homes, health, and communities. From flooding and wildfires to extreme heat and powerful storms, Islanders face a range of climate hazards that require action at the household level.
Recognizing this need, Scout, in collaboration with the Government of Prince Edward Island, developed Resilient Homes PEI to empower both homeowners and tenants with the tools and knowledge to increase their household resilience to climate hazards.
The main objective: to equip Islanders with practical, actionable guidance to help them understand the risks associated with common climate hazards and take steps to protect their homes and communities.
